Site Resources was honored by the Maryland Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (MD ASLA) with a Merit Award for its design of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County Library Pond. Originally designed in the late 1960’s, Library Pond has functioned as a fundamental node of the pedestrian campus core for decades.
Michael Fisher was recently honored by Penn State’s Department of Landscape Architecture as an outstanding alumnus. The Alumni Award was in recognition of his long history of giving back to his alma mater.
Members of Site Resources’ staff lent their time and enthusiasm to the Architecture, Construction and Engineering (ACE) Mentor Program for a seventh consecutive year. This national program actively seeks to inform high school students about future careers in architectural, construction and engineering.
Read More2016 brought Park(ing) Day to Towson, MD once more. Collaboration between Site Resources and Live Green Landscape Associates converted an Allegheny Avenue parking space into a “patio party” pocket park. Allegheny Avenue is a central spur of Towson’s busy downtown retail and office district, with a steady flow of pedestrians. Our pocket park offered respite from the constant hubbub of the street and a chance for passers-by to kick-back and share a relaxing moment.
