Site Resources’ Executive Team Expands
In 2019, Site Resources added three new partners to their executive team.
Kay Morin has been with the Site Resources for fourteen years. Her experience illustrates successful coordination of detailed projects emphasizing the integration of landscape architecture and civil engineering. Her career crosses many development sectors, including higher education, K-12, housing and healthcare. She has guided complex design projects including expansion of the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center for the University of Maryland Medical Center, the Maryland Public Health Laboratory, the Performing Arts & Humanities Facility on the University of Maryland, Baltimore County campus, and the Coppin State University Science & Technology Center. A licensed professional, Kay holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Ball State University.
Jennifer Harrington joined Site Resources in 2007. She is an effective collaborator, working closely with allied professionals to create sustainable sites, while supporting projects through the interpretation and application of agency regulations. Her experience traverses jurisdictions and project sectors for a well-rounded design perspective. Notable projects include the P3 development of the Howard Circuit Courthouse, the University Union Expansion on the Towson University campus, the Center for Natural Sciences, Mathematics & Nursing at Bowie State University, and the replacement of Youth’s Benefit Elementary School in Harford County, MD. A registered engineer, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
Kevin Riley is an experienced team leader, effecting responsible site design solutions to ensure efficiencies and value in each project. With Site Resources for fifteen years, he strives to creatively shape sites to preserve and enhance them, while creating vibrant and welcoming places. He has managed a variety of SRI’s projects including the Transitional Care Center at Stella Maris in Timonium, MD; City Arts Apartments in Baltimore, a new academic building for Notre Dame University of Maryland, Westminster Library Park in Carroll County, and the MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center Surgical Pavilion in Baltimore, MD. A LEED certified professional landscape architect, Kevin is a graduate of the University of Maryland, holding a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture.
