ACE Mentoring
Members of Site Resources’ staff lent their time and enthusiasm to the Architecture, Construction and Engineering (ACE) Mentor Program for a seventh consecutive year. This national program actively seeks to inform high school students about future careers in architectural, construction and engineering.
Students engaged in a variety of activities, over the school year, climaxing with a simulated local design project. This year the ACE Baltimore Affiliate program focused on the redevelopment of Baltimore’s Cross Street Market. Working in teams, mentors guided students to create a concept, program, design and construction plan. The program culminated on presentation night, highlighting team presentations, and the valuable skills developed through teamwork and problem-solving.
