The Associated Builders & Contractors mentorship program is a hands-on approach to support and develop emerging leaders within the AEC business community. Connections forged within the program provide learning opportunities and career-building counsel from seasoned veterans, willing to invest themselves in and give back to the next generation of industry professionals.

Site Resources’ principal, Michael Fisher worked with three program participants, receiving appreciation from ABC for his dedication and support to the Baltimore Metro Chapter’s Professional Development Program. Mike is active in numerous regional organizations, and strives to reinvest in individuals and organizations supporting the Baltimore/Washington business community.
