- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Competency in water resources and infrastructure for site development
- Fluency with Maryland state and local regulations
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
CIVIL ENGINEER (PE with 7 – 10 years’ experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Competency in water resources and infrastructure for site development
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Fluency with Maryland state and local regulations a plus
